Tanha

My heart is torn, torn, torn

If only it did not insist on being whole

When love keeps you trapped
...Don't leave me alone

Welcome home, Leila!

That's beautifully heartbreaking.

In Urdu 'Tanha' is alone
different in different context
'tanhaai' is loneliness
Tanha could be 'alone again'
Tanha Tanha is not alone alone
much like Urdu poetry. I love it. literal translation may sound funny
sheeshe' ka dil choor choor kiya'
my heart of glass smashed into pieces. sounds funny in English

You have lot more things to worry about Laila, welcome back.

yes Rauf, tanha is alone in Persian too...

"del-eh-sheeshe-ya man tikke-tikke shekaste" would be more or less the same thing in Persian. Noticble similiarities!
