Don't forbid yourself from loving anyone. Just try to love more people at the same time. Or open yourself to others.
Perhaps this is a good solution.
I tried this when the girl I was obsessed with tried to push me away due to feeling uncomfortable. She didn't feel safe and comfortable with me yet because I was still a complete stranger to her and her friends.
Now things are changing. She's beginning to open herself again to me after making myself attractive to her friends. Jealousy can be a very powerful force. She's about ready to chase me back.
